Questions, feedback, or issues with the site — we read everything and aim to respond within one working day (Mon–Fri).
Billing issues — include your account email and a description of the problem. Stripe payment receipts are also helpful.
Missing race data — let us know the course, date, and race time. Cards are published each evening so meetings earlier in the day may not yet be available.
Feedback — if something looks wrong, a scenario seems off, or a feature would be useful, tell us. We want to know.
Data removal requests — under UK GDPR you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Email us and we will process your request within 30 days.
